Where are the governing documents?
Public rules are on this site. The CC&Rs, bylaws, minutes and budgets are in the resident portal under Documents.
How do I pay my dues?
Dues are due on the 1st of each month. Sign in to the resident portal for your balance and payment options, or contact the treasurer.
How do I book an amenity?
Sign in to the resident portal and choose “Book an amenity”. Rooftop Pool, Resident Lounge, Guest Suite can be reserved online.
Do I need approval to paint my house or install a fence?
Yes. Exterior changes need architectural (ACC) approval. Submit a request in the resident portal before work begins.
